2 strange things happen when i disconnect the 3 pin pkug from this relay. My turn signals which will work dimly with the ignition key off return to normal operation and my power windows which will only work with the engine running also return to normal operation. What the heck is going on!!!!

The relay plug might have a common ground with other parts of the car. The brake light switch, hazards lights and head lights always has power. Electricity will use whatever path it can get and unfortunately, corvettes have many grounds for this reason.

I am not going to sweat it. As long as I unplug the 3 pin connector from this relay my electrical system seems to go back to normal with the exception of my heater blower motor doesn't work which is a good thing because I don't want it to work. I am going to remove the entire factory AC system from the car. It jams up my engine compartment, it doesn't work and even if it did.. I would rarely if ever use it.
