Thanks to everyone that contributes here I am getting close to finishing the complete restoration of the 1968 convertable that I found. I have been reading up on the do-it-yourself alignment but am gettng to the point that it would be nice to find someone I could trust to do it. I was wondering if one of the members in the Minneapolis area knew of a good shop that could do the job for me. Thanks again for all the help.

I don't know where in the Minneapolis area you live, but there is an EXCELLENT alignment shop just east of 35E and north of 694: Center Frame and Alignment in Centerville. He aligns most of the hot rod and muscle cars in the area.
I've had mine done twice at the Savage Goodyear on 13 and 42 by two different guys and both times have come away with a great alignment! Classics Plus is just down the road about a mile so I think they get a few classics here and there to work on, unlike other shops.
I did once take it to my Tires Plus near me in Shakopee and the guy there was clueless, took him 4 hours and completely fukked it up, drove out worse than when I arrived, I didn't even go back to complain, just wanted to get out.

Thanks. I am on the south side but it would be worth the trip to have it right. I will check with them when I am ready.

I have actually used that Goodyear before. It sounds like a close option. Thanks for the help.

If I recall, the mgr guy I talked to both times said he sometimes has special days like Friday when his classic alignment guy works. It would be best to call them ahead of time and see if he has a special guy who works on Corvette alignment and find out what days would be best rather than just showing up.
