Buzzer won't shut off

Buzzer won't shut off
I have a 79 vette. I had wiper problems and since I had the consol apart, I changed relay, control module and wiper switch. Also, since everything was apart, I Installed a new light switch, printed circuit board and all of the light bulbs. Everything is working fine except when I put the key in an turn on the ignition, the buzzer goes on and will not go off until I take the key out and it stays on for about 30 seconds and then stops. It was working fine before all the changes. Any ideas??

I have a 79 as well. I was in a parade, and the buzzer went off. I didn't know what it was, because it was the first time I have heard it. At the end of the parade, when I went to leave, I put the seat belt on, and buzzer stopped.
