Idler Arm Tight
I bought a new MOOG idler arm and I was getting ready to install it when I noticed how tight it is. It takes 10lbs of torque to turn it. Working it back and forth a couple of times and it actually gets warm from the friction. It's factory greased but I tried to pump my grease through it and it won't take grease. I pumped really hard until it exploded the hose off the zerk. Should they be this tight and just needs to be worked? I hate to go through the process of returning it only to find out that's the way they all are. Thoughts?

They're supposed to be real tight so what you have is normal.
