Default Its front end time! What to buy?

I have the entire front end apart on my 77. I am not racing it... but I want it to be nice. The car sat very nice and handled pretty darn good with the 37 year old parts that were on it.
I am replacing the ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, coil springs and shocks. I already have new calipers, rotors , brake lines and wheels and tires.

I am thinking MOOG for the tie rod ends and ball joints.
I am thinking Energy Suspension for polyethelene bushings for the control arms and the sway bar bushings and end links.
I need suggestions on coil springs. I want the car to sit stock. I don't want it lowered. It sat nice with the original old springs. I would like to get shorter ones to make it easier to install but not alter the ride height.
I need suggestions on shocks. I am not going to be racing the car. I just want it to handle good.. not crazy good.. just good. After all... the 37 year old factory shocks that I removed felt perfectly fine to me. They don't need to be adjustable.... just good and firm.
I am going to do a mono spring and new shocks in the rear so whatever I get for the front needs to match up with the rear.

Regarding factory stock type parts... do you recommend stock Gymkana suspension or Gran Sport?

You can get Moog for everything if you prefer. They make all the bushing you need as well. If you want Poly the energy suspension kit is a good one. While I went with some 550 lb springs from vbandp you could just use some Moog springs to save money.

For shocks I like my Bilstein heavy duty.

Moog.

My first rebuilt with brand X on the left, lasted 6K. Moog on the right and they have 12K with no rubber coming out...

IMO, forget Poly if your not racing, I have been up and down the mountains in Utah and Colorado, Pikes Peak included and rubber work great. If you need more handling you need a C6 or C7.

My money says your stock rotors do not need to be replaced. Have you miked them? The notion of having to replace stock rotors as part of brake system R&R is a Corvette Myth.

Default Del-A-Lum Bushings

I have Del-A-Lum bushings on my '74.

Del-A-Lum works like a bearing but its a bushing! Del-A-Lum bushings are a direct replacement for rubber or polyurethane control arm bushings. Del-A-Lum bushings feature inner and outer thrust washers, inner rotating sleeve and lube fittings. This unique design provides smooth performance without squeaks or bind. Designed to last over 100,000 miles. Welding is required with this kit.

My rotors were replaced by the previous owner. He also replaced all 4 calipers and the flexible lines to them. The brake system is in fine shape. I just removed the calipers so that I can clean them up and paint them. He left them natural color and they have a slight surface rust on them that looks bad. I am going to paint them with black caliper paint.
