Kudos to Ride Tech!
I am in the process of installing a Borgeson steering box so I figured I'd go ahead and install the support bracket that Ride Tech makes. I ordered it over a week ago and never received an order confirmation or any acknowledgement from them. I waited until Monday and called them to establish the status of the order.
I was told that they were having difficulty with orders placed through Paypal were behind as a result. I stated that if the bracket hadn't left them yet then I would like to cancel the order and just go without it. He stated that he would get it out that afternoon and would have it to me no later than Wednesday. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement based on much of my experience ordering online. However, I agreed to keep the order if he could make it happen.
This morning when I came back from my office the box was sitting at my door!! Kudos to Ride Tech! They promised and then delivered! For me that means I will return to them when I am in need of anything they might have!!
