Where does this harbness go?

Where does this harness go?
It's located under the e-brake console. It's the grey and black with the two wire harness. Where does it connect to and what is it for?

usually grey / black are for instrument lights. maybe for the trans. selector lens light.

Definitely a bulb connector to light up something in the console.

Looks like the bulb connector for the gear shift selector on an automatic transmission car.

Thanks for all the replies everyone.
The gear shift selector light comes on without this harness connected and power seats were not an option in '75.
