Hi Wes,
The AIM appears to indicate that a 71 LS5 with p/s uses the same 3 groove pulley as the LS5 without p/s. UPC N40, Sheet A6.
Perhaps someone can verify?

Pulley
Looks like the 3992071 is the correct pulley .The water pump is a 3992077 .Just have to find one that's not gold plated lol .so far prices range $255 to $599. Still trying to learn how to navigate the Assembly manual
