Brake problem
DUB
Still not fixed.
I removed all the brake pads and inspected the calipers, found one with a frozen piston and replaced caliper. Bled system again.
NEW: While kneeling beside car with engine running I can here a "whooshing" sound when I depress the brake pedal. My exhaust is fairly loud and didn't notice it while sitting behind the wheel. It does not seem normal. Makes me suspect booster even more.
HELP: Can someone who owns a 1977-1982 try this on their car and let me know if they hear a "whooshing" sound when pressing brake?
THANKS!

If you have a spongy pedal you still have air in your system. With the master cylinder lid OFF open each of the bleeders one at a time for maybe 15 minutes until ALL the air is purged. Just be sure to keep the master cylinder full during the lengthy bleeding process so you don't get more air into the system.

The volume of the sound may also be attributed to the rubber seal and foam at the back of the booster area. I have seen this material worn out and or missing and allowing the sound to be greater in some cars.
