Default 75 vette heater

When I purchased my vette the heater fan didn't work. I have fixed everything else and now wanting to fix the heater fan. Under hood on Passenger side I found a bundle of wires taped off

Green
Purple
blue
yellow
brown
black

Also found a wire with one half of fuse ( female) I see the heater resistor on top. The wires Y off with a red and black wire going under to somewhere. I believe the yellow, green, blue go to resister. Any help its a a/c car but no compressor yet. Thanks for your assistance.

"A picture is worth a thousand words" or so they say and in this case a picture would certainly help us solve your problem.

Yes but not hooked up. The wire that has the fuse (1/2) is orange. And has 12v when key is on.

You are correct that the blue, green and yellow wires connect to the resistor.

And the other wires connect to the heater blower motor cut-out relay and A/C thermal limiter fuse.
