A couple months ago somebody posted about the same problem- I can't remember who. I've never had that problem with them but I'm starting to wonder now. Have you tried calling them? That may or may not be any better but it's worth a try.

I just went thru this with them a couple weeks ago about P/S hoses. Took two phone calls to get them to respond. No response to e-mails. I am done with them.

Two months ago I called them with a question and they answered right away. Based on our conversation I ordered a part from their website and it came in 4 days so I had good service from them.

I ordered some new Lug Nuts for the Wheel Spacers I bought from them some 20 Years ago or more that they don't offer any more. They said they would search the Shop to see if they had any around. I was in and out of Mobile service on my phone for a week or so and they tried multiple times to get a hold of me to say they found them. So we had the reverse problem, they had a hard time getting a hold of me. There was very little profit to be made selling some lug nuts. This all happened this last week.

They got issues and have had from what I've seen posted over the past year or so. My own recent experience is still pending, but it started with a part ordered in early aug. I've got four of their products in use on two diff vehicles and am happy with only one so far. They are a rear 360lb spring and pretty sure it's less than 360lb, the HD spring plate that bent on install even though I took care to evenly tighten it down and not over tighten, a long spring bolt kit for my c4 that the bushing are already coming apart and a c4 smart strut kit(rod ends) that seems good so far.

It's been probably ten years since I ordered anything from them, but during my first ten years with this car, especially the first year, I about burnt up the wire, there was his lady who worked there back then who really knew the product line, and everything ran like a clock, and considerably less so after she left to move up north...suspect her hubby got a Xfer

Same here. I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years but nothing lately. As I mentioned, we went thru this a few years ago with them.

Gary and Steve are the same two people who I have bought parts from from them for as long as I can remember. Gary is the one who I meet at Corvettes of Carsile. They were the two who called me and left messages saying they found the parts I needed. From my perspective not much has changed.

I had some issues ordering online but one phone call took care of everything. They might just be really busy or away from the shop for an event or something.
VB&P build some of the best Corvette suspension products and they are really nice guys.

Years ago I had in my mind vbp was pretty much top of the line for their stuff,
My donor chassis came with all the transverse stuff and j56 brakes I found emails pointless, bummer and no excuse for a company not to have a good tech on emails.
I then try that device called a telephone and sadly I find that hit or miss too, some days you get a pretty good cat other days it seems it's a fellow who got the job at VBP after getting fired from the kfc drive through window....

I have had very good luck with VB over the years. I ordered yesterday a complete caliper O ring overhaul kit online. It completed the order but I never got a confirming email. As of this morning I did not get an email. So I picked up the telephone and called. They immediately answered and I explained the situation. He looked it up and sure enough it was in The system and in process. They apologized for not sending a confirmation email but assured me it was in process.

I've never got a email period, even on the phone when they asked for it and told me I'd get a confirmation message of my order. EVEN the next time I ordered a part and they said it must have been entered wrong the last time. Like the dude said sometimes it's like your talking to some fast food bum who is annoyed your interrupting his text messaging.

Reminds of this time I had a problem with another manufacturers part. I called and talked to an employee who was very respectful and knew what he was talking about. The he tells me I have to talk to the owner and confirm they can help me with their defective product. So I get this annoyed kid who is bothered by me and laughed at the problem with his parts. After I look for other reviews I find some who say the owner is a spoiled brat who inherited the place from his father and their quality has declined. I wasn't helped and won't do business with them again. I just feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with that ***** and will loose theirs jobs in the long run.
