I got my cheque 2 weeks ago, mine being a Cdn purchase got lost in the mix I guess as ABCoop setup my acct in November but GM didn't deposit the $ until GM's Mngr of Performance Parts got involved. When I talked to the parts mngr at the dealership he had said that he gets swamped with bulletins daily and given that there were so few of thes engines sold at a dealership it just got lost. The dealerships were to contact their purchasers initially. In Canada he figures that there might have been a total of 4 - 6 ZZ383 (450/450) engines that qualify sold across the country. Anyway I love the engine even happier that I ended up getting $1120 Cdn in 2 different rebates off an engine that I pd $5500 Cdn in May 2014.

Contact the dealer where you bought the engine new first. They will then fwd you onto whoever at GM (US head office) is/was assigned to the rebate. I had to send a copy of my original purchase. The dealership that I bought it from in the GTA said that a memo went out to all dealerships at the time but since there were so few sold in Canada most slipped by unnoticed. Once it hit the gen’l mngr of Performance Parts inbox things happened quickly. I found ABCoop the agent that GM assigned to handle the cases useless to deal with. You could try calling them 888.980.6148 but I think that going through the dealer where you purchased it would be faster.
