Have 75 corvette that was in parts when I purchased it. Everything running good now except headlights blink off about every three seconds then on for about three seconds. Can hear clicking sound. Headlight switch has been changed but it was with the car when purchases. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Your headlight switch has a re-setting circuit breaker inside of it and it sounds like that breaker is kicking because or a short somewhere. The likely place for a short is in either of the headlight plugs as they can and will burn up in some cases. I suggest pulling the plugs off and check them out for signs of burning.

I have a 75 that has the same problem. Tried 3 different head light switches, all the same, so I am right now installing new plugs, #12 wire and two relays. There are several post on here about this upgrade and it seems to cure the problem.
It can ALSO be that the headlights are drawing too much current....which I have found to be the case when I encounter this. I have seen when someone installs halogen bulbs in a Corvette that did not come with them originally.... they can blink....and when the old original design bulbs are connected...the lights do not blink.
Also...dirty connectors as mentioned can be the culprit.
