Just recently bought a 69' vette but it has a 72' Chevelle 350 engine. I was wanting to put an aluminum intake and some different valve covers but I'm not sure if they will fit knowing the engine was out of a nova. Is there any differences the the engines or should I be fine? Any help, thanks!

Physically, the engine is the same, but the valve sizes, camshaft, and carb may be different, depending on the original power rating of the Chevelle engine.
In 69 there were 6 engine codes for 350 cu. in. engines with 300 and 350 HP ratings.
You need to know the engine codes for your corvette and the year and engine code for the truck engine.

Engine code should be on right front of block pad the you can look up to see what engine was unless the block got decked
