Default Vac requirement for headlights

Any idea what kind of vac you need to be pulling to adequately actuate the headlights?

Since I rehabbed my headlight system, they open and close quickly on 9 inches of manifold pressure.

I have only about 5-6 in hg vacuum because of my big cam . My lights would open, a little slow , one at a time. So, I tied them in with my Electric Vac Pump that operates my brake booster, which provides a constant 18 inches hg.. pop right up.. 10-12 inches hg is usually enough for brakes and headlamps
