What is the Correct Engine Fan

Default What is the Correct Engine Fan
I own a 79, L48 auto that I am doing a restoration on this winter. The car came with a 17 inch 4 blade fan which I believe is not correct.

What did a 79 ship with; Diameter and Number of Blades. When I have this info, I can search and put a wanted on the Parts for sale section of this forum.

This out of the 79 NCRS judging manual:

Non ac....17.5".... 5blade

C60,Vo1, base engine 18.5"..... 7blade
