1st would just blow the tires off. At a hard start starting in second was more affective with the five speed. I dont want the same with this six speed install.

i did a lot of calculations with over drive trannies. 4.11 for over 20 years in my Vette. You just figure out top gear and the rest just fall where they are. I really believe that 3.90 is about ideal when you have .70 .64, and .62 OD ratios

As my power went up so did my tire width. I also tried to attain 40% front and 60% rear weight. The rear differential has to attached so it can't move. You have to replace or mod the rubber mounted diff cross member. You have to run big rear spring weights to put the power to the ground.

40/60 front rear prob wont happen with an iron headed big block for power.

What all will you have to modify to pull this off?

These tires are going to look horrible. They're way to short.

245 60 15 is 26.6 diameter or very close to the 27" diameter C3's left the factory with. Not 25.4 ". Its going to look like it has go kart tires on it.
