My blower keeps operating even when the console wheel is in the off position. According to the owners manual, from what I understand, the blower should not operate when the left wheel is in the off position and the blower is in the off position.
Is this a console switch problem since it is not switching off? I see two console plugs on doc rebuilds wiring chart.
Also the blower relay and resistors appear tone fine as all 3 speeds are operating correctly, just not the "off" speed. Also my AC is inoperative, I believe due to a freon leak.
With the wheel in the off position, the blower should be off also. There is a master switch that opens when in the off position. Pm me your e-mail if you want me to send you a schematic.
If your blower continues to run after you turn your key off its because the points in the relay are stuck together. The relay is located on the top of the evaporator housing and its inexpensive.

Everything works as normal except when the wheel is in the off position. The blower is off when the ignition is off, so I don't think it is a relay problem, but thanks for the input.

Thanks for the response. Sounds like you got it figured out. I would like the schematic. Sending PM.
Once again to the rescue. Thank you very much for the color coded schematic.
Question: What do the line numbers mean in the schematic? there is a line number on each of the electrical lines, such as a "50" on the 14 gauge brown master switch power supply from the fuse box. Just curious.

Thanks,

They are the circuit numbers. If you look at the compressor you'll notice it is circuit 59... any other connector at that circuit will carry the same number. (so next look at the pressure switch and you'll see it's 59 as well).
