Default steeroids installation

I just finished installing both brackets for the rack on my 82 and I can see that they are not at equal angles. I am not going to get back to this for a few days and I know this is gonna bother me.
If anyone has installed the steeroids on a c3 and has some thoughts on this I would appreciate them. The instructions have been followed to a T and it seems odd that they are not identical angles.
Thanks
Fred

I just got back from a trip. I believe that is the way it installs.

I can check tomorrow for you. My car is still on the lift.

I put my steeroids on a few years ago, honestly I never noticed the brackets were of different angles.

Can I ask you a HUGEish favor? Could you measure and take photos of the hoses that come with the kit? Any gm numbers or any manufactures markings on them? Im trying to determine if they're gm hoses or speed direct hoses.

I'll have a look at the pics I took during the installation and see if there is a direct in mine.

I had to get back under it last night and do a dry fit of the rack. It is correct, the mounting faces are on different angles but of the same plane...I figured it was my usual luck showing its ugly face!
