Opinions on ebay engine

What do you think about this crate engine?

It comes with a 7yr 70,000 mile warranty, never heard of that!

A reasonable price for what it is. Doesn't say if it's a cast steel or forged steel crank, or if it's a 2 or 4 bolt main. Says 1 piece/2 piece RMS, makes a difference if you want a flywheel on there. GM rods, no biggie there. I'm not crazy about flat tappet cams. Align honed and balanced though, that's pretty good. I wonder where their facility is? I'm gonna guess South of the border? All these questions could be answered with a phone call, that's where I'd start. My 2 centavos,

Question: where will they be in 7 yrs?
Crystal ball says :70,000 miles away

Cant expect much for that kind of money, perhaps some googling would turn up some more feedback or history
Read the fine print of the warranty before buying

Google them spend an hour or so researching them I spent 5 minutes and would stay away from them ..

heard good things about pace. Does it matter if its a steel crank?

What reasonable priced Pace engine would be best?

Didn't check out either link but make sure that you compare these with the ones on the Scroggin Dickey website. Reputable company and really good prices. You can often find deals on the Jegs website too.
