C3 Engine Swap
I need advise.
Three years ago I had to replace my small block 350 with an engine my brother gave me, a 369-402 from his old Chevelle. I ran it with the automatic turbohydro350 that I had with no problems. A year later I decided to replace the auto with a stick. I had done this before with a Camaro with no problems but....since the engine swap with the Vette, I notice that between 1,000 & 1,500 rpm the engine vibrates badly. She idles beautifully at 750 rpm and very steady, but as I increase the rpms the engine vibrates and it did not do this before with the automatic.
It's a big block with a 10.5" 10 tooth spline clutch package, 168 tooth standard flywheel and Saginaw 4 speed. Any ideas?

Did you happen to use a 454" flywheel? If so those flywheels have a balance weight included on one side because the 454's are externally balanced. So it sounds like you may have a miss-match of parts in your conversion.
