Default Help identifying these problems?

So when I did the install of the 396 sbc, I sources it to a back yard mechanic. And the more stuff I do to this car, the more things I just finds loose or unplugged. Currently of the 8 gauges in the car, only the tach works. Lights come on, but they don't flip up. I installed new canisters. Just need help identifying these things

This is a vaccum canister( i think) i found tucked up next to the fire wall. One hose is just loose, (the one im holding) and the other looks kike it runa down the frame rail, becomes a metal line instead of rubber, and head towards the back of the car? Anyone know what these lines are for?

This is a plug thatsbjuat laying there, it plugs into the wiper motor. What is it and does it effect anything?also i did a wioer delete, can i just remove this whole box and that thing thats connected to the bottom as well?

You failed to state the year of the car but your first picture looks like the charcoal canister that is part of the evaporative emissions system. Since your engine is modified you no longer need the canister. The line running to the back probably goes to a vapor separator and depending on whether you can install a vented gas cap could be capped off.
The box looks like the wiper motor so if you deleted the wipers you dont need it.

As you stated, the three plug connector looks like the wiper motor power, but the colors don't seem correct. A word of caution, don't haphazardly cut the un-used connectors. The next guy(I know that you're never going to sell this car, but stuff happens) might want to reinstall the wipers and other items you want to delete.

The second line connected to the stock Quadrajet carburetor to suck in the vapors stored in the canister.
