Rev limiter

I have a 1980 corvette and i can floor it down till the engine breaks...is it possible to get a rev limiter for it? Also looking to get it to back fire so im going headers and straight

You can get an aftermarket ignition system with a rev limiter. Or you can lift your right foot when you get to redline. Why are you trying to get your car to back fire?

You can get an HEI module with a built in rev limiter.

Why would you do that?? Learn how to drive and pay attention to the tach.

Why would you want the engine to backfire? An engine that backfires is set up wrong.
