Summit racing sells the ones that you can bend yourself.

On my C4 racecar I bought aluminum tube from McMaster Carr and just used rubber elbows and couplers.

Anybody with a Mandrel Tube bender could make it. Only problem is there are not that many around. If there is a specialty Exhaust shop in your area they might or could know who has one in your area. You can also buy Mandrel U Bends and cut and weld them into the shape you need.

Getting that little lip on the end of it will help ensure its leak free not sure if you really have to do that or not or how it would be done

The raised rib at the ends is made by a tubing beader

This is the proper way to do it. I just crimped mine with ignition pliers.

Summit has flexable hoses and some bends made of of some kinda silicone stuff. 24" hose about 40 bucks in colors. Prolly be my next replacement hose as the last couple I bought were a little short and cheap looking.

you could try Boyce Engineering in Melrose Park, Bob Boyce is an old stock car guy who still (on occasion) races a Cheetah at Road America.
