So I am about to help another club member with his 82 anniversary edition. From our conversation, it's been sitting for sometime now.
I've never worked on dual TD injection, I have played with TB on my late 80's suburban. From what he is telling me, fuel is just pouring out of the injectors. Even the new ones he just installed.
The one thing that comes to mind is: they are pouring fuel because they are being signal as if it is WOT. Any suggestions where to start looking. Thank you.

We could use a bit more info. Does the fuel pour out only when the engine is running, or only when the injectors are connected to the harness with the key on, or just anytime there's fuel pressure?

My apologies, I have not actually seen the car so I am only going by our conversation. I am going to verify and will post back. thank you.
We make TB injectors, I can test them for you. However, it sounds like they are incorrectly installed or have torn o-rings. It's an easy mistake to make. We sent some TB injectors to GM service for them to test. The o-rings were in a separate little plastic bag in the box with the injectors. GM service reported back that the injectors leaked and hydraulic-ed the engine. They never put the o-rings on the injectors! If they can do it anybody can.
there is a front and a back injector, they are differant. If the plugs are carboned up and the injectors are dumping fuel ,I would check the front coolant sensor.your tps on the side on the tb should also be checked .these are just ideas to start with.
