Header Intake ?
I need some installation advice, if all goes well I will be installing Dynomax headers and a Elderbrock performer intake this weekend. I know most of you have done these mods already and I have read up on how the passenger header goes through the top and the driver from underneath. And I was hoping for some further advice gaskets, torq specs, ect. Anything thing that might help would be greatly appreciated.

A little off the subject, but about how much does the DynoMax Headers cost?

The manifold bolts should be torqued to 30 ft. lbs. Do you have a diagram with the torque sequence? The headers are easy. You should have no problems there.

Some people have had problems with the header gaskets leaking because of the bolts loosening up. I put a set of stage 8 bolts on and have had no problems at all. About 32 dollars from Summit. :seeya John

I Hate Stage 8's true you don't loose the bolts but my gaskets setteled a little and they still leaked.
I know have small head headerbolts. I can get my 1/4 drive ratchet on them and give a nice cranke before a race and I know they are tight:D

I have a Elderbrock performer intake for a small block .Can you tell me the part number of yours I want to make sure the one I have will work on my vette theres a # on the bottom of mine its 2101can you still use the cruise
control.Good luck with it I am planing the same up grades as you
