Door Mechanism Assembly
I'm requesting guidance in assembling the door of my '73 paint project with Electric Windows. What goes in first, second, etc.?
I have numerous manuals here, but yet to find a step-by-step assembly guide in any of them.
Has anyone here come across such a descriptive narrative of the door's assembly? I would be sincerely grateful for any help in this folks.

I disassembled my doors about a year ago now so I'll go off the top of my head on how I would put them back on:
1- lock, handle and latch
2- doors on car
3- window rails
4- motor and window
5- locking and inside handle rods
6- adjust window
7- window trim
8- access covers
9- weather sheet
10- Inside door trim
11- inside door handle
12- locking button
That should be about it...

Many thanks to you too. Never thought about the locks & latches too.
I did make up this tool for the window "Nuts" with just a drill & tap. Works rather well.
