Default Pressure Plate to Aluminum Flywheel torque specs.

When I was using a steel / Cast flywheel I used 45ft lbs for the pressure plate to flywheel torque (blue loctite). What would I use for the same bolt but the flywheel is Aluminum.

Nothing in the instructions other than factory torque. The car never had from the factory Aluminum flywheel so this is little help ?

Little bit of a vague reply here but at least give you a bump. I installed an aluminum fly wheel a few years ago with my TKO but I don't recall what we torqued them at, but i'm sure I have it written down somewhere. Barring anything else I don't see where 45 would be bad. Assuming the aluminum is as strong as the steel a similar torque spec would seem reasonable.
I'll try and find my notes over the weekend.

Loctite # 620 green is the high temp 450 F degree and it was recommended by Fidanza.

To all you out there. I was doing some research and i came across an article stating that if your motor does over 6500 rpm that you need to use lite weight clutch assemblies.

This might be the reason that my tko 600 always shifted fine at higher rpm. My motor could instantly rpm match.

35 ft-lb is correct for pressure plate to steel or iron flywheels. Check with the manufacturer for recommendations for aluminum flywheels.

This would be my recommendation also. Nice thing about pressure plates is that they are kind of like a giant lock washer with constant spring pressure on the bolt heads. I have never had one come loose.
