Is 260hp & 400nm ok Power for a C3 from 1976?
I guess it is a lot better than the 190hp original Engine?
How fast could a car like this do 0-60 mph? 6,5 s.?

Depends on what you use the car for. If all you want to do is cruise around and never put the pedal to the floor, it is more than enough power. If you enjoy the thrill of acceleration and like to blow the cob webs out on occasion, you will be disappointed.

What's the engine spec?
350ci??
Cam spec?
At what RPM are these numbers?
High flat torque and low HP at (relatively) low RPM is a trade mark of a truck engine.
Look at my dyno chart:
HP climbs with RPM, but Torque is relatively flat across the range.
Btw, this is Gross chart, but gives you a good idea

How much HP is "thrilling" really depends on the person asking. If you've never been in a car that had more than 100hp, 200hp can be quite thrilling.
My 78 was my first car, 185hp/280lb-ft of torque and 3.55 gears. It was a lot of fun to drive. My grandmother had a 99 Acura CL at the time with ~210 hp, no torque but a few hundred pounds lighter and it was fun in a different way. If I drove either of those cars now, I'd be bored to tears, but I've had a few 500 hp cars since then.

Must be from Europe they rate torque in Newton meters not pound feet.not sure the conversion but 260 h.p is suited to a 4 door sedan.

Isn't 260 hp the rating for the base Goodwrench crate motor? Starts out at 195 and you can get it to 260 with headers and a good carb and intake manifold?
