It made a sound!!!
(In 2002, I began a resto-mod on my 79, that wound up with me getting taken for a lot of money, and a lot of lost parts. I have been trying to recover my motivation from that since.)
Well, the gauges are hooked up, the new steering column is in place, the brake master cylinder was damaged, so I ordered a new one. The Electrical system is fully wired, the fuel injection system is installed and ready to go, and if you put the key in the on position and turn the distributor it sparks.
This may be a small stupid thing, but having a clicking distributor / spark plug is the most amazing sound I think I have ever heard. Its almost a heartbeet on this car, that has been dead for so many years.
Hopefully all goes well with the fireup in the next few weeks.
If it runs correctly, we will have it repainted and then a new interior installed. All in all, it was a good day.

My 79 has been sitting for over 23 year with a heart beat. I still have a long ways to go but the UPS man was good to me today. I got all my new suspension, bushings, springs. It's starting to build back up after a complete frame off.
Enjoy!!!
