The passenger front ( naturally by the fan shroud) knerels strip in the frame. I would think that the frame is softer than the bolt and just replacing the bolt will not fix the problem. Any ideas?

I can't visualize the area, but the easiest route is to rethread the stripped area to a larger size.

Are you talking about the upper control arm bolts? If so, new bolts fixed mine. The frame was not stripped, the knurls on the bolts were.
