69 rear suspension replacement
The easiest dimensions for non-tech folks to check are the 'P' and 'R' dimensions. Just 'about' 28".
Since THAT height is determined partly by the physical height of the tires being used you must take into consideration the difference in height (if any) between the original F70-15 tire's 26.92" height and the height of the tires currently on the car.
Replacing the proper rear bolts with longer bolts is what people often do, but you need to realize that only treats the symptom not the cause of the uneven ride height.
From looking at an earlier picture you posted I'm not sure that the 2 bolts on the rear spring are the originals. If not, what are they, how long are they, and why are they there instead of the originals?
If you put service replacement bushings on the rear spring bolts the car will ride higher than it does now because they will not be compressed like the present bushings are.
If it were my car I'd want to take a look at the entire front and rear suspension to determine what's there, what might be causing the uneven rear ride height, and then determine the proper way to level it out.

Alan
