Just know that after you make (almost) any adjustment to your car, there computer will need to "reset" itself. Drive around for about 15 minutes and make sure you go over 35mph for an extended stretch.
Also, make sure your TPS is bang on prior to adjusting the timing. If you don't your computer will get mixed signals and run rough.
So... First do the TPS and second adjust the timing. Mine likes 12 degrees.
AND this is ASSUMING that the notch in your harmonic balancer is CORRECTLY positioned so when you use your timing light...you are actually timing it to what you want...and I have dealt with MANY harmonic balancer outer rings that have spun and thus ...the timing light is USELESS....because the notch is not in the correct spot for timing.
