Default Electric fan wiring question

I have dual electric fans on my radiator should I just wire both wires to the factory harness or should I wire each one individually? Is there a difference?

You should do a completly new wireing and forget original harness.
I have a single 16" spal fan and done all new wireing.

You're gonna need individual wiring and relays for each fan. I wouldn't even use the factory wiring at all.

Lots of companies sell dual fan relay/wiring kits that make it easy. You'll need to decide what you want to trigger the fans with. Most use a temp switch and it is included in a lot of the dual fan relay/wiring kits. I usually also tie in the AC compressor output and add a manual toggle switch for emergency.

Try Painless Wiring.

These came with my fans, very happy with them.

Not all in pic, but had a pair of relays, sensor, adapters, wiring, fuses, connectors, everything you need in the kit and full directions.
