RICEr=Anyone who drives/modifies a small car. Originally mostly Japanese(known for eating rice) compacts. Be careful when racing these little cars with a vette, ricers can flip and go endo in your turbulence.
A theory a one time was that Asian cars were so slow that they must run on rice-wine. Turns out it's just the drivers that wine.
Actually, like any group of cars, I think the well executed ones are cool.

At the local dragstrip (mooresville NC)-----there is a ton of these guys. There is usually about 1 per week (thurs. -test night) that will take a completely stock motor and slap on a 300 shot of NOS and blow that engine beond recognition. Then they get towed back to their spot and give eachother high fives, i guess thats a cool thing to do with a ricer?!?!

The cars themselves don't bother me too much, it's the idiots inside that get to me. Unfortunetly idiots can and will buy any kind of car, even a vette. :(
