bad fuel pump?

Default bad fuel pump?
So my car was running good then all of a sudden died
looked at engine wasnt getting any fuel injector
I have Power all the way to the pump but pump does not turn on and getting volts to pump itself but when i touch pump to check with meter 0volts should i change pump and upgrade to the 85

what year car?? stock or alternate set up?? sounds like electric fuel pump? why change octane of fuel to correct fuel pump problem??

if you have power to the pump and it does not run ,,,,, Its the pump or you need a ground .

Upgrade the pump to an 85 as it will make a difference.

I swapped mine and have been happy.

I just got one goin install once i can figure out y im not getting power back there
