The twisted wedge heads place the intake and exhaust valves at different angles to help unshroud them -very easy to spot - 23 degree heads have all the valves in a row just like normal heads - at a 23 degree angle to (the vertical????)

I dont think so - back when thney first came out I seem to remember reading that trick flow heads should be run with flat tops or dished pistons only - your domed pistons are certainly designed for the standard valve location of a typical chevy and not the rotated locations of the trick flow heads.
