I took the inside door panel off to try adjust the window becasue it clips the top of the T-top. I found that when I push on the window from the edge it slides 4 or 5 inches towards the front of the car or towards the rear. I can't find any adjustment to hold the window in a set position. Anyone know how to fix this.
Larry, it looks like the runner is what's moving back and forth. The rollers look fine. They just sit there as the runner moves from front to back. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
If the rollers are in the channels and tight, and you can see the runners moving too....
I think I'd start with making sure the runners are mounted correctly and tight.
Should mount like shown here: http://www.71corvette.com/cn-apr/24.jpg
Once those are fixed in one spot you can go from there.
Also, there are bolts on the top of the door (4) that provide a little adjustment that may be loose as well. I'd also look over the entire door and make sure all the bolts and screws are tight.
