That would be the crank that was used in all LT-1's and L-82's.

Better there is always something better. I doubt you will break this. I have seen this crank run in circle track motors all day long. For a street driven car this is all you should need. Now if you want to go stroker there are other cranks out there, but they will cost more and then the block will need clearancing. Crower, Lunati are two cranks that come to my mind. There are others out there keep searching.

im seriously thinking of this kit which DOES include a crank...
although i will need rods...

also...which of these cams will give me the performance that i am looking for?

350+ HP with good bottom end tourqe...
i love that 0-60 like a rocket stuff!
a good daily driver in traffic and 200-300 mile weekend trips...
street friendly...interstate friendly
should i shoot for the 9.1 compression range?
