I hadn't looked into the spreader bar much, although it has been on my wish list. I never knew that it can be installed on a stock clutch fan set up. Thanks for the thread and photos.
So, I had ordered the 19" spreader bar from Speedway Motors but could not get it to fit with the huge 5/8" bolts. It got close but the length of the factory control arm bolts sticks out too far to get the Heim joint bolts in. What I did to get the 19" bar to fit was I installed a 5/8" to 1/2" spacer so I could use a 1/2" nut/bolt combo that have a smaller head than the 5/8" hardware. The smaller bolt hex head allowed it to get by the CA bolts where I could not with the 5/8" hardware. Probably not a big deal either way but now I have a very small amount of heim joint threads showing.
Also, I did measure the distance between shock towers, and I do have the 26 3/8" space someone referenced in this post. Pic attached. 19" Speedway Motors Spreader Bar
