I looked into them since you could find 15" ones...but during research I was running out of time and grabbed the DR's which will also make good street tires for it.

They don't allow drag radials at the TX Mile...apparently they've had some come apart on long runs and high HP. Folks run 200+ on them in the 1/8th and 1/4 mile though...seems to be the time factor.

So if I do the Mile I'll have to find something else.

Where did you get the NASCAR tires? Goodyears?

I used to get what they call scuff or previously mouneed new for 75 each good years

They have places that buy up all the good tires after the races. SetS of 4 new were only 800

I found an old invoice, I used the rear so called 10X28 and they are more like 12 inches wide. I would not recommend them unless you have rear height or fender flares.

They all kinds of stuff. I later switched to hoosier R1's in 17 front and 18 rear.
