Happy Thanksgiving!
What year is your car?…. and do you know if the headlight system uses one or two vacuum relays to control the actuators?
Has it worked and now it doesn't, or has this been an on-going problem?

1969, don't know how many relays, always worked fine but the right side won't pop up when I tried the lights this morning. Thx, Bob

Hi Bob,
I believe 69 cars typically had 1 relay with T connections to each actuators.
I believe I'd begin by checking the hose connections at the T and the front and rear pipes on the actuator.

If only one relay yet one headlight door opens properly then your only possible problem areas are:
1) Some obstruction/debris preventing the non-working door from opening
2) The hoses/tees/connections between the relay and the non-working door
3) The non-working actuator
4) Something broken in the non-working door mechanism
