Default Z-bar? Clutch linkage?

New to working on this part of my car. I have a 4 speed 78 with a small block 409 and a super t10, pretty strong. I DO have the pedal push rod but not the z bar or cross linkage or whatever it's called to attach the pedal to the fork.

Is there a certain one or size I need to order? I'm trying to stay somewhat cheap but if this is a part where I need to spend the extra money I understand and will do so.

Looking for education and advice as to what to buy soon!

Thanks in advance y'all

Here is a link to a Z bar at Corvette Central. If you look at the diagram in the 3rd frame it will show you all the parts involved in the setup with their part numbers.

I've been there on this one and found that diagram pretty helpful. I printed it out for reference.

Hi Jacob,
Here's a view of the z-bar and linkage from above and below.
Perhaps it's help you with your installation.
Regards,
Alan
