1974 dash bulbs
Can someone tell me which bulbs in the dash are different then the rest?
(lights relating to the Spedo, Tach & center cluster bulbs)
It looks like there is 2 or 3 that are different.
i know this because my kit doesn't have enough of the larger ones and i have these left over, with open sockets.
But stupid me took all of the bulbs out to replace them instead of doing one by one.

Hi bb,
On my 71:
headlamp beam indicator
instrument cluster
clock
brake system warning indicator
directional signal indicators
glove box
door jaar
headlamp warning
are all #1895
radio dial 1893
stereo indicator 2182
cigarette lighter 1445
heater control panel 1816
courtesy lamps (front) 631
I don't know if these will help with your 74 or not.

Just put the dash and center back in my "75 after a speedo and clock repair. All the bulbs in the speedo, tach and center gauges are the same. My AIM verifies this and gives a GM # 9417863 14 volt 3.78 watts, the bulbs in my car are GE 1895 indicator lamps. The only bulbs that are different are the ones that are courtesy lights by your legs that come on when the door is open GM # 193125 14 volt 8.82 watts. Hope this helps a little.
