I have a new repop GM 81 oil pressure gauge, # 25025147. I seem to recall you saying the resistor is built into the new ones. Is this correct, or is my all timers accelerating?

On a any new reproduction gauge, the resistor is made inside the gauge.

good point... For some reason I had temp gauge on the brain.
Same deal though, all reproduction gauges have the resistance built inside of them. All cars 1974 and newer used a mechanical oil pressure gauge with a resistor.
