as for "turns in quicker" handles better the seat of the pants g-force meter is very un-reliable.

Now this doesn't mean there isn't value in the upgrade. It does provide a need to support the suspension, but the human is not the instrument to measure the value.

Measure real time camber / toe changes . G-force before tire let loose etc.

For street driving the only thing that is reasonable to notice is noise and rattles. That alone is a good reason to install one.
