Default Posting Pic's

This question has probably been asked before but how do I go about posting pictures. I do have a digital camera that I can upload pictures to my PC. I would like to be able to include a picture of my "77" and I also have a question about a vacumn line that needs repaired but it would be alot easier asking the question with a picture. Any input as always would be appreciated. Thanks

You'll have to upload the pics on to a web hosting site, such as the space your internet provider gives you to host a web page.
Then use the following entry substituting "[ ]" for "( )" and correct entries for website, account and pic name
(img)http://www.website.com/myaccount/image.jpg(/img)
in your post.

Hope that helps

Scott

Well put Scott. I didn't do quite so well in trying to describe the process a couple of days ago. :D
Also, kdswhite77, remember that if your picture is TOO WIDE, it forces everyone to scroll from side to side to read the text. If the file size is TOO BIG, it takes a long time for us dial up guys to download it (just the first time). I think the recommended maximum picture width is 640 pixels.

Corvette Forum "HELP Forum" You can probably find additional picture posting instructions here. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zeroforum?id=31

OHSIXX, Mean Green's presentation describes the use of Corvette Forum home pages. New Corvette Forum home pages are no longer available.

Welcomed aboard kdswhite77. We're always glad to have new forum members.
