Dropped the timing back to where it should be and reset the carb idle speed at 750. She is overly rich, with 77 primary and 83 secondary jets as she was set up to run at sea level and I am at 2000 feet above. Carb is the stcok Holley for the LT-1.
1) How easy is it to rejet? Do I have to remove the carb? Any special tools needed?
2) Can I adjust fuel flow/metering with touching the jets?

Holley jets are in the bowls, no rods like Rochester, so: you can change the jets on the engine, but it makes a huge mess, and might be difficult to get to the rear ones. And that is the only way to adjust mixture on a stock carb. There are special metering blocks with external adjustments available. Joe
