Part id help needed

Part id help needed
I could use some help as I can't figure out where this part goes. I'm pretty sure it is part of the '78 A/C system but I can't figure it out.
Any help, especially a picture, is greatly appreciated as always.

This one photo is not cutting it...More photos at different angles so we can see how it is shaped and a gauge of reference such a a quarter,dollar bill or something that we all know is a specific size.

Thanks DUB - I see where more pictures will help. I think this part belongs with the heating A/C equipment in the engine bay. It is about 10" long and 5" wide. Hopefully these pictures can help.

I WANT to say that attaches to the evaporator housing and the accumulator fastens to it.
Not sure and my vettes aren't accessible right now to look.
