Default Smog Pump Wiring

I've read a ton of threads about removing the smog equipment from our C3s which have been helpful. Regardless of which side you fall on the topic there were a 2 hoses missing from my 81 and it's not required in my state so I've opted to remove it.

Most of the threads were about capping the hoses to the exhaust manifolds. My question is around the two wiring connectors that go to the actual pump.

From what I can tell they are not required to be connected to anything or modified to keep from effecting the computer or throwing a CEL. If anyone can validate this that would be great.

They are the two circled in RED in the photos. My understanding is the one circled in GREEN is a test connection.

Thanks...

Correct. The green one is for setting the dwell on the carb.

The two red ones plugged into the diverter valve on the smog pump. I am quite sure the ECM will not detect them being unplugged.
